The First Generation Scholarship Fund provides college scholarships to 1-2 eligible Mamaroneck High School (MHS) graduates at any one point in time. Candidates will be invited to an interview prior to the final selection. Students awarded a scholarship will be required to sign a contract and submit a report to the Fund at the end of each semester. Scholarships will be awarded for one year at a time. Scholarship recipients in good standing will be given priority to reapply for future years provided scholarship funds are available. In order to receive for additional years, it is expected that the student will maintain at least a B average. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the college.

​On occasion, the First Generation Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships for graduate programs. Students must meet the same eligibility criteria as for college scholarships.
